What you say is true, and many people have suffered great losses because of this event.  How not when the token price just goes up, and we buy in large quantities but suddenly the price is a big dump, it really hurts because it makes us lose big.

Basically, Investing in cryptocurrencies is a huge risk and once you have decided to go into this space you must be prepared for some loss. Investors don't only lose funds investing in new projects, many investors lost good monies in the recent market dip even in the investment on well-developed projects like Bitcoin and Ethereum. The only thing is you have to know when to invest and for what period, short/long term and not to be greedy and every other thing is luck because scams and Rug pull are part of the market.

As long as there is money in bitcoin or cryptocurrency, I doubt that scammers won't stop finding the victim who has the capital to invest in something here in this type of business industry. they might stop only if crypto or bitcoin will disappear in the industry but that is not possible anyway.

It's not possible to stop Rug Pull and Scams totally until all people of the world will become moral person. Is it possible? Totally not.
Scammers don't have morality, they are always talent but they invest their talent in evil deeds not for well being. In virtual world, most of the projects owners are either scammer or repeated scammers.
