I prefer steemit to medium because in steemit, you post you earn while in medium no earning. In steemit there is no fear of ban or closed account but medium bans without warning. You can access steemit through your mobile but you must download the medium app before you can post any content. Medium has too much hassle.

To me, the greatest feature in steemit is it's Decentralised model, my account in medium has been banned twice for posting cryptocurrency related articles but in steemit, I can post as many as I want and nothing would happen. Steemit is the best.
