It will be very convenient if bitcoin will be paying salary payment.Anyways,as it stands using a btc on a daily  regular basis is not a good idea due to its votality and high fees.It is,however,still great to use specialized services.

Because of its price volatility I am hesitant of receiving bitcoin as my salary. I am not looking down on bitcoin.  However,  we have a fixed expenses which should be budgeted well.  With bitcoin salary,  we cannot check whether our salary is enough to sustain our monthly expenses because of its volatility.

I believe this is possible as long as system of the company is available an i think this is good only to developed countries were bitcoin is fully accepted by many establishment.
