In my own opinion it can be long term or short term investment depending on which situations we can be earn huge profits but it depends as well the current market value condition. But mostly people experienced earned great profits in long terms investment plan.

For me Bitcoin is like investing in Stocks you can Buy low and Sell  at high price. That's why its not for short term investment.

This is the beauty of Bitcoin investment in which short and long terms are applicable for every participant therefore it will depend on them on which way they are comfortable to invest. If they have no stable jobs then short term is good for them because short term will need timing on when to sell high and when to buy low again in which in another word a time consuming investment while long term is in favor of those with stable jobs or those people that plenty of work activities that they should threat Bitcoin as source of another income.

It's pretty much both.  If you buy 10 bitcoin and sit on them for a year you can make money, but you can buy 10 bitcoin today and sell as soon as it hits 7500 and make like $8000 as well.  It's up to whoever is using it.

In my opinion, Bitcoin can be used as both a long-term or short-term investment it all depends on how you invest and what you are looking for. I personally believe think the greatest rewards will be reaped by using it as a long-term investment. Rome wasn't built in a day.
