I think those who start now to work with headhunters can create a very strong base of promising coins.

I am doing bounty hunting for almost a year now. During this time I got to learn how to select the programs that have the highest chance of succeeding and that are most likely to pay well.I hope 2019 is good for hunting.

Yeah, as we know that so far, in 2018, there are still many scam ICO, failed ICO, and also the extended ICO because of the market condition. Hopefully, the ICO will be more successful in this year. However, it will depend on the crypto market that really gives the influence to the ICO.

Hunters are more impressed and interested to support the project with good team and good project development with strong structure to be build accordingly. Unfortunately there are ICOs that failed that give disappointment to everyone.

Just like cryptocurrency that full of specualtion, we as Bounty hunter is also be like every project were working as marketing tools we are just speculating that these ICO project well be able to reach its softcap or Hardcap so we are getting paid. Our hope is comparable to just a thin space of Tread that anytime it will be break out! thats my opinion.

I would like to remind you rating can be manipulated and bought and in fact, some ico rating are selling their rating without searching or reviewing if the coin is genuine or legit project, create a guidelines let your judgement be your judge,it's your money anyway.

Yes, without trust, we go nowhere. Blockchain, was created to create trust that humans, lose from time to time. A rising market, will  bring more projects, and better payments, as the projects can reach their goals, and pay the hunters.

Hopefully this year Bounty will experience a good fate and can quickly be distributed and listing in the market. Because lately a lot of delayed distribution and listing to the exchange market. Then the price is back up so that the bounce can be sold for a high price.

I think that this year will bring a good profit, because last year we did not earn much due to the difficult situation in the market. this year everything should change.

During the bearish market, it is very hard both for investors and moreover bounty hunters. As you said, we may work for free if the ICO doesn't reach the softcap, in addition, there are also many scam ICOs that make us also will not get any payment.

Yes I see many project did not reach soft cap because I think It is caused of world  financial  crysis  and too many ICOs are scams.

It is a complicated problem, investors seem less interested in ICOs because of many scam ICOs and also market is decreasing now. Since scam ICOs cannot be controlled, investors will be always afraid to invest. Moreover, many ICOs have low quality and not really promising for the future.

Yes it true past year very bad experience to lot of bounties because lot of projects did not reach soft cap thus many projects are failed infact the bad market situation was affected all bounties but I hope this year everything will be fine.
