I have learnt that 1000 points translate to a  free 100 alts coin and that kama point has positive and negative  effects on forum participants.  Negative kama simply means that your post are insubstantial while positive kama means that your post are good quality.

Karma seems to be relatively hard to come by, but by reading the guides available, you just need to contribute to the forum in a constructive and 'team-building' fashion and you'll pick them up eventually.

It'll get easier as the forum becomes more popular and picks up steam.  The forums are basically in its infant stage and participation across the board isn't quite what it needs to be for the ecosystem to work as intended.  As the alt bull market starts, hopefully the forums will pick up some pace as the "other forum" similar to this becomes too difficult for new members to get any ranks.  Give it some time (upwards of a year) to see where it leads.

The only requirement to have this "power" is being Full member rank or above in this forum.

You can get karma if someone gives to you.
I explain this better.
As I wrote before you can give Karma to others only if you are Full member rank . Usually people will give you karma if you provide good answers or if you do interesting questions.
 
You can give karma to others members simply clicking on " thank you" under his/her member name.

There are two types of karma first positve karma for good quality post every post you can earned 10 points,10 points is equevalent to  1 token so it means if you have 1000 points you have 100 token, you can withdraw your token. The second is negative karma, negative karma is given to those post are not related into the topic,spammers if you have this you lose your points.

Karma point is a consequence of what you did whether it is good or bad. In real world if you do good things to others good karma will follows. If you did wrong bad karma will come. Good karma is positive side while bad karma is like a curse. Everyone does not like it. In altcoinstalks forum I think the principle is the same the difference is converted to post. So post matter in this forum.
