The purpose of neo is to introduce the blockchain to Chinese developers.

I dunno if thats gonna be enough.. NEO simply has underperformed this past year.. and its price is really showing it... theres tons of smart contract options even in China.. and the competition grows everydya.. even Tron is becoming a reasonable competitor.

NEO purpose and aspects;
NEO's blockchain addresses scalability issues that older blockchain have. Also, its platform offers dApps, smart contracts, token issuance (NEP-5 tokens) and more. It is popularly referred to as the "ethereum of China" due to the similarity in functions with Ethereum and its Chinese background.

I think neo is not just for china developers it NEO's blockchain addresses scalability issues that older blockchain have. Also, its platform offers dApps, smart contracts, token issuanc. It is popularly referred to as the "ethereum of China" due to the similarity in functions with Ethereum and its Chinese background.
