As stated on our website, we are a pro privacy hosting provider. Which means we have 0 KYC for orders made by crypto, we also accept Monero.
We would ban access if you use your server to do something against our TOS, that you can find here : https://servers.guru/terms-conditions/

However we would not ask for private information from our customer. We would either warn you or delete your server depending on the severity of the violation.
The only case where we might ask you for personal information is if you pay with credit card or paypal and we have suspicion of a fraudulent payment.
