If you need to pay for coins, it's not an airdrop.

I don't like airdrops that asking for sending ETH, it's not safe.

I don't think it's appropriate to call this Airdrop, because of the payment attached to it, but mate some of these instant airdrops is not fake, clear example of this is exgirlfriend coin, this one too, did instant airdrop and now it's on exchange. So it depends on luck.
