for beginning yobit,nova would be fine

kraken.com not to many trader i prefer poloniex and bittrex, allthough there some interesting exchange like yobit, vip, and many other, you just choose what is better for you

Bittrex is the best exchange for trading due to its strong security and there site never go down and no phishing attack heard till now.

I use coinexchange.io, though their withdrawal charge s can be a pain! But it is easy to use.
