Why Ripple Announces the Launch of Ripple Fund Xpring?

Although the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries have experienced significant development in recent years, there is still a shortage of funds as a whole. Startups in many industries have had to choose to raise money through Initial Token Issuance (ICO).
