Yes I see many project did not reach soft cap because I think It is caused of world  financial  crysis  and too many ICOs are scams.

It is true, there are too many failed projects because of they cannot gain enough funds on token sales. I don't really know if it is caused by financial crisis in the world or scams. But I think the main problem is about the interest of investors that is getting worse.

To be honest, there isn't much hope that the bounty hunter wants. And I think it is very reasonable, namely the reduction in skam projects that have dominated during 2018. So that bounty hunters can smile sweetly because they can get their rights after doing their assignments.

Sometimes I think the same like you but I assume bounty hunters have learned very well from many scam cases last year. When they become smarter, the scam ICOs can be minimized. ICOs with unclear team members and low quality on the whitepaper are better to avoid and never think to participate.

Hopefully  this  year  will  be  better  than  last  year,  don't  be  discourage  let  still  believe  that  greater  things  is  ahead  of  us in  this  2019.
