Trying to do this kind of prediction is as relevant as trying to guess how will be the weather in the end of 2018. Nobody can, nobody predicted the fud that made neo collape those last weeks, and nobody can predict if for some reason it rise again.

The growing of Neo depends on all an ecosystem which is being prepared, it depends on the icos hosted by the Neo blockchain (it is likely there will be less scams than on the Ethereum blockchain), it depends on projects such as Ontology (connecting Neo and other public blockchains to private blockchains and governments), or Nex (high speed DEX connected with fiat)  to be successful. This also implies to solve the technical challenges that every blockchain project will have to face, scalability, etc. Finally, it will depends on all the China blockchain ecosystem in preparation, with projects such as Elastos or HPB.

It was very easy to have the Binance airdrop, with no more than 700 ont staking you were good for the 1000 ont airdrop (which means that the first ontology airdrop alone allowed to earn the binance airdrop). Surprised about the lack of participation for such an event. Moreover, for such a big project.

Some exchanges have said that they supported the airdrop, but I don't really understand how it is possible, as only half is going to be delivered first as a neo token, and then the other half will be available on Ontology network. And without the private key of the address I don't see how this second step can be done.

In fact I wonder if this concerns only Neo, and if this concerns only China. The real problem is to make blockchain projects in general being adopted in everydays life, whatever the country. This is going to take some time, and it needs to be a minimum progressive. I am sure it is going to happen, some crypto projects will disapear, some other will succeed, and maybe we don't know yet the most successful.
