You can multiply your bitcoin by trading against altcoins and USD when prices fluctuate and make more bitcoin, too. People speculate bitcoin will be over 25-50k by the end of this year, so that's really good even considering this, 3-6x current prices. I think its the safest of the crypto options.... the market will always react to bitcoin, so you're never really stuck out of position like you would be in altcoins most often.. but you'd lose a lot of the gains of properly timing the altcoins market.. I'd say for someone who doesn't want to monitor their investment and just wants to put it in something and watch it grow, that this would be the safest and maybe even most profitable over time... of course with all investments it could all goto zero though.
