Bitcoin is volatile and with that I am confident that there is no final peak in it whether you got yours from ATH time of bitcoin last 2017 it doesn't mean you have no chance anymore. I'd rather suggest to keep holding your btc and with your time because bitcoin will surely make another great momentum like never been before to show its dominant in the market above the others.

Honestly, I never buy Bitcoin once it is bullish. I prefer to buy if there is a correction in the Bitcoin price. For me buying bitcoin at its high price can be somehow dangerous because you maybe at lost if the price of bitcoin retraced back from the current price. For instance you buy bitcoin at 18k dollar and the price drops down to 9k dollar I think is better to buy cheap and sell when the price is up.
