This is extremely unlikely. Bitcoin price projections have been shot off the roofs with several people quoting and forecasting unrealistic price targets for it. In as much as there is a great possibility of immense price growth for bitcoin, I don't think bitcoin will ever attain the price forecast that is currently thrown around.

I don't really think bitcoin would hit such price this year, that price is too high and is far from now, if bitcoin will hit such price then it will be in some years to come (like 5-10 years),  2020 is already coming to and end and bitcoin hasn't even reach half of the price mentioned, so this shows there is no possibility of bitcoin reaching such price this year.
