You literally can't get a job if you're only with a high school degree. To work in a big corporation like Samsung, you normally need to graduate from the top 3 universities in Korea.Yeah in so many cultures, formal education is highly valued, most especially in civilized countries. A degree from a reputable university can give a person a sure ticket to companies and can also give a person more advantage in the job market than someone without a degree.
