Launching Fake project and market it Via Bounty managers and then disappeared without paying the reward to hunters, as well as take all the money which they got form ICO.

Yes you are right the scammer are looking for all types ways to scam people. Now they are lunching fake bounties to fraud hard working folks.So research about the bounty before joining it .(see older members they have good knowledge)
