Does KYC need to apply for bounty managers and ICO promoters?

Many issues of scam and failed ICOs currently. Both investors and bounty hunters suffered a lot of losses. This is very worrying, I suspect that many investors will distrust to invest if this condition continues to happen. We need an effective solution to solve the problem. I have studied some possible solutions to implement, one of them is applying KYC for bounty managers and ICO promoters. What do you think about my suggestion?

KYC applied for bounty managers and ICO promoters sounds great way to lessen some problems in bounty program. I am sure this way can make bounty hunters and investors safer in doing business through ICOs.

I was always against KYC for bounty hunters because I do not think it is really needed or forced by law. But at the moment I would love to see every bounty have KYC for promoters, the amount of fake and duplicate accounts is increased to scary levels and this is killing the whole thing soon ICO will find the bounty useless and they will stop running it and will just go to a professional agency.

There was one Spreadsheet I was studying and I found in it 50%+ duplicate and fake entry. So ya I strongly recommend KYC for promoters right now.

That's one of the reasons why I gave the suggestion above. At least, KYC may lessen the problems related to fraudulence from promoters.

For the present condition, the number of scams in the online media is very much needed by KYC. In addition to investors and bounty participants, the bounty manager must also deposit KYC to reduce fraud. various IOIC projects rarely ask KYC for the bounty manager, I think that is very detrimental and damaging the name of the project

I don't even see the need that bounty hunter's should go through KYC after you have go through a lot sleepless night in promoting the project and the KYC we now affect your work I don't think is necessary.

Good idea I agree with that. because until now it was very difficult to guess that the ICO was a scam or not. Hopefully the idea can be implemented by those who understand it. if that happens I will fully support the regulation.

I think it should definitely be. Because there are so many people abusing it. In the absence of Proof or Kyc, the number of participants is over 10k unfortunately.

Such rules as soon as possible apply. I am sure that the level of investor confidence will improve with the adoption of KYC rules for promoters ico and bounty managers. The number of frauds is based on the absence of fixed rules from certain agencies. I'm sure everything will return to normal and better.

How about the KYC provided by altcoinstalks forum? Don't you want to participate in? I think it is not too bad as the solution for the problem of KYC in bounty program.

10 times yes, I can't stress enough how important this is for Bounty hunters in the future, there is already Bounty platform that started to apply KYC on their hunter, this will eliminate all fake multi-accounting hunters who are bringing us all down because of their greed and selfish. If there are 1000 100% real users promoting an ICO for me it is better than 2000 users with a lot of fakes among them.

It's a great idea, bro. I support this idea if forum wants to apply it to bounty managers and ICO promoters. It will lessen the number of bad bounty managers and ICO promoters that are not responsible to their works (bounties).

it should be like that, all components involved in the project promotion must pass KYC. besides that there must be an institution that regulates ICO, the aim is to eliminate fraudulent practices and to increase investor confidence.
