If bitcoin rises high and the price of xrp is still at 8000satoshi it will definitely reach your target. but it is impossible for them to form a price of 8000sat because they see the selling value to bitcoin is very low

Actually not only XRP but also all of other coins are in the same situation with the dipping prices. But we can see that XRP have more and more cooperation with bank and finance companies, I think this is a good signal for ripple to fly next year

We all know that always possible to bounce back and reach $1.5 or greater. For example: bitcoin increase is unexpected that happen this week where it was hardly to break $13k but now $15.5k.
