Weiss Ratings conducts Twitter polls once in a while to ascertain the crypto communities perception and preferences. This time, the Twitter poll was to determine which of four cryptocurrencies (BTC, XRP, ETH, and ADA) would respondents choose as their crypto of the year. Surprisingly, XRP came out as the preferred cryptocurrency with 60% of over 8000 respondents going for it. This was followed by ADA with 24% of the respondents choosing it. It sound to me as only a propaganda to push the price of these two crypto in the market. I think, because of the price of these two crypto, surveyed people tend to chose these coins because the ability for them to hold lot of coins. Nevertheless, these two coins are popular and included in the top 10 in the market cap.

well, ripple is an stable coin for now, the drop of price is not that huge even if btc have fallen hard in the past year. I also believe this coin will go to moon together with btc. just holding my coins waiting for the right time.

I would better pick Ethereum and Bitcoin. Centralization of Ripple makes me hesitating a lot. I'd recommend decentralized cryptocurrencies.
