It is strange to compare the fork of Bitcoin, decentralized cryptocurrency with a centralized coin which is not even real crypto. For me, Litecoin is the better choice.

Both Ripple and Litecoin is good altcoins. Investing in any of them may bring good profit. The best option is to devide your budget on the two, 50/50 maybe. But if you have to choose between them, I think Litecoin would be better choice since Ripple is known for its centralization and hence, more easy to be manipulated.
