Why Bitcoin will be the safest investment

When we say an investment is safe, we mean the investment guarantees no losses but a higher possibility of profit. It's good that you mentioned the December 2017 bull run and how it has costs some people. Do we call an investment which is highly subjected to the wind of fluctuation a safe investment? Not likely.

Bitcoin is an excellent investment for investors. Not only is it the first mover in a fast-evolving world of cryptocurrencies but it has a massive media advantage over all of the altcoins. I think it will be the "digital gold" version of cryptocurrencies and will forever hold good value.

A smart investor would do well holding precious metals and commodities but Bitcoin is a great option as well. Many IRA companies are slowly innovating with the blockchain and are incorporating cryptocurrencies as well as precious metals into their product offerings.

Bitcoin is one of my favorite investments, and you should keep yours secure with a hardware wallet.

Yes I think Bitcoin will be a safe investment because Bitcoin has very high security and is also very difficult to track. Besides that we can save our Bitcoin in a personal wallet. Therefore, even though the government prohibits transactions using Bitcoin, but the government recognizes that Bitcoin is a safe investment.

A lot of crypto fans and investors are now worried about continuous bearish trend for Bitcoin price and other cryptocurrencies this year 2018. And now beginning to doubt  their initial commitment to the Bitcoin ecospace. A lot of people have forgetting the core idea behind the invention of Bitcoin. Most of us have forgetting that Bitcoin was created to challenge the established FIAT system where money can be printed without control and no regards for inflation.

This is entirely not the fault of most of us but it is because of the Bull run Bitcoin has enjoyed so far especially in 2017 where price reaches as high as $20,000. We all got greedy and forgot about the initial ideals behind bitcoin. We all want to cash in the same Fiat currency bitcoin is trying to challenge. This in my opinion is one of the reason why bitcoin price fell this year. We do not fully trust the crypto space yet.

Bitcoin is here to stay and will remain dominant for the future and I still consider it as the most secured investment in this digital age after gold. Below are some of the reasons why I think Bitcoin is a safe investment

1. Bitcoin has already achieved mass adoption though this is subjective . A lot people will now accept bitcoin payment without worrying about how to exchange it.
2. Bitcoin is limited in supply , only 21 Million Bitcoin can ever be created. Out of which 4 million is already lost making it 17 Million.
3. Bitcoin remains dominant in the coinmarketcap with 55% of the entire marketcap
4. Bitcoin current price is still higher than what it is this same time last year

Please I will appreciate if anyone can add reason why they think Bitcoin is a safe investment.

Bitcoin is the first of crypto currency, It is very potential and so popular now. I agree Bitcoin will be the safest investment.

Bitcoin will be the safest bet in this market as it has highest trust rating of every crypto investor and have more than 50% capital of whole crypto world. It already make many millionaires and billionaires in its ten year journey and a lot of surprises for its long term investors.

I  think  the  lack  of  security  has  raised  concerns  about  the  risk  of  owning  these  virtual  currencies  as  hackers continue  to  breach  the  exchanges,  forcing  one  bitcoin  exchange  in south  korea  youbit  to file for  bankruptcy in 2017.
