Ripple will go to the moon. Is it true?

Well, i think Ripple may go moon but it look more stable like USDT coin and i am wondering the time it will take XRP to actually go moon.
If you follow very well, you may agree that XRP price has been hovering between $.05 to $0.2 since early 2018 till this 2019.
Again, the number two position at the coinmarket has been up and down between ETH and XRP, both coins are struggling to maintain.
