We yah all look forward that altcoins will rally to the highest level if possible. And we expected that when there's a new BTC ATH could be an open door to trigger the green field again.
Here we go again near to cross over the All Time High of Bitcoin which $64,804.72 last 6 months specifically April 14, 2021 according to coingecko. Also the 24 hours high of BTC was $64,608 which is so close to hit the ATH.
Could we see altcoins rally this coming weeks in case BTC will record new ATH?

A new Bitcoin price record has already been set. Today its price rose above $ 66,000 and ethereum was above $ 4,200. Now the prices have dropped a little again, the market volatility is affecting. Many altcoins holders are expecting that this is going to be another cycle...meaning what happened in the past will also be happening again soon. When Bitcoin reached a new ATH the focus of the crypto market is on it and hence we can see many alts not moving that much but when Bitcoin will go sideways the focus can be shifting to alts and that time we can see some boom again in the other side of the road. Again hopefully this cycle can be coming true and if many people/investors are expecting it this way they will hoard more alts in expectation and that alone can trigger for the so-called "self-fulfilled prophecy" to happen. This is also the reason why in the past when Bitcoin is booming some big alts were sliding...the focus was not on them but on the King of Cryptos.

Hard question. I think, while bitcoin continues to grow, we will not see the altcoin season. For this to happen, bitcoin must go flat or start to sink in price, but not so quickly. Because the whales have to start pouring bitcoins into some of the altcoins.

Yes, I think when bitcoin is more stable at one spot or has side way we will see altcoin season.
I think It will happen at beginning November.
So wait and see. It's just the prediction.

Bitcoin in recent days has already climbed in price to $ 67,000 and this was its new all-time high. However, promising altcoins are gradually growing after it. I don't know but looks like altcoins to grow their prices if Bitcoin price is in a sideways phase. We can see that the Bitcoin price is decreasing and a bit hard to increase again above $65k. In a few days, I see the Bitcoin price is around $60k - $62k, it seems the Bitcoin price is sideways. If it continues, I am sure the bullish in altcoins or altcoins season may happen in the near future. However, I don't know when it will happen exactly.

But somehow I'm not very sure about the altseason. I may be a pessimist, but I think that only top alts can give a big growth. And then, in the event that bitcoin reaches 100,000, and then there will be a long flat.

Excluding NFTs, I've taken most of my altcoin profits back to Bitcoin for time being. I believe the next altseason will be at the end of the year or early next year. A key pattern I've seen in Ethereum when it broke $1,400 this year, as well as around $400 in 2017, is that it continued to lose Bitcoin value after breaking new ATH against USD (-30% & -70%).
Similarly early this year the altcoin rally (against Bitcoin) didn't start when BTC broke $20K, but when it got to around $30K (+50%). If Autumn/Winter 2017 is anything to go by, given so far the altseason has been the exact same time-frame, Bitcoin dominance is likely to increase towards the end of the year once Bitcoin reaches 6 figures.
Of course the price of altcoins against USD (as well as plain paper and dog poo), will likely maintain it's value or increase. But I'm personally not willing to risk losing half of the Bitcoin value in the meantime, while waiting for altcoins to finally moon again. I'll buy back into altcoins at a discount, not a premium.

We've seen altcoins like SHIB hit new ATH and are currently at 11th coinmarketcap, then I'm expecting a rise from Matic and Solana coins, as both have good products and technology.
I think we need to be a bit patient to see this alt season, because some new coins keep coming and they have a chance to hit new ATH any time.

I think we have little strength to somehow influence the market. After all, now everyone is focused on their assets, and there are enough of them to act pointwise. Rather, it is the whales who rule the quotation and do what they need to do.

I think BTC just have some corrections after hitting the ATH of $67k and It has started recovery again. Some altcoins have started following and they will soon get their ATH before the year. The market will be very bullish before the year-end. BTC has been predicted to reach 120k before the year and I strongly believe that. IF eventually happened the altcoins will not be left out.

Yes, bitcoin is like a litmus paper for the market, where bitcoin goes, where the market goes. But there are also some altcoins that don't always follow bitcoin. There are not many such assets, but this also needs to be monitored. This is the exception rather than the rule.

The growth of altcoins should be, but not as rapid as that of bitcoin. And not all altcoins can rise in price, and therefore it is worth buying carefully. I would rather look towards the best altcoins, although not the most popular ones can bring more profit.

Cryptocurrency is barely a speculative investment these days. Retail and institutional investors are taking the digital assets very seriously. With so much going around the digital currency, investors are treating them as useful for not only short-term profits but also for long-time investment.

We'll see it if this 2021 is different from 2020 were we didn't saw something that should happened. As per Bitcoin dominance we might see the full blast if BTC will go beyond $70K. As expected after Bitcoin rally, altcoins might be the next mooning. Buying now may be a good way to get ready the possibility to witness great rally again.

This is hardly the case. In this case, it is more correct to say that the price of altcoins correlates with the price of bitcoin and depends on its movement. Moreover, the price of some alts may not depend on the movement of bitcoin at all. Yes, and there is such a thing on the market.

Admittedly I did expect Bitcoin's dominance to continue upwards towards 50%, but then local top came and instead it continued to go down. I'm still expecting Bitcoin to make new ATH very soon and reach $75-80K initially, and when it does this I think BTC will again increase in dominance, as was the case from $20K-30K earlier in the year (the start of the rally).
But right now it's not looking certain if Bitcoin will reclaim it's dominance back quite yet, even if it does go back above $65K and beyond.

Bitcoin is always being the trend, I think If bitcoin pump, altcoins will pump.
I also believe bitcoin will touch new ATH at the coming weeks.
After bitcoin touch new ATH, altcoin will follow the King to pump.
It's always happened so far.
So, Don't worry about crypto currency, It will have bright future and keep calm when correction.
