Selling your tokens before Market up

I once sold tokens from my investment, namely HEX coins and now the HEX price has crossed the line and even more than tens of percent increase because when I sold HEX tokens in December 2020 it was around 120 USD and now the price is around 1200 USD.
I can't think this will be the best choice for everyone because everyone's choice is different and I may be someone who has weak hands on cryptocurrencies.

I often do things like that because I don't think the newly born tokens from the ICO can develop in the future, so I just sell them without any mercy and I'm sure that the little capital is for my daily trading on Binance.

I don't get what you are saying, How do you have to sell your coins/tokens before the market goes up being the best choice? If you have not sold to a stable coin during the early stage when the market started to dip and you want to sell now, you will definitely be at a loss, that will be you selling low and buying high. The best decision will be for you to have sold before or during the dip and now that the market seems more like a consolidation, you should be planning to buy back should the market rallies back up again.

Selling when the market is going down signify two things, first is, "panic selling" simply because of fear; secondly, inexperience as a trader/holder on a news or speculations that a big crash or market dump may occur.

It's not not agood decision, if you sell your coins in hurry, I think you should divide your coins.
Sell 50 % and hold 50 %.
It is more wise,
