As depression is a sort of tension that can't be controlled, So make a trade, add a TP/SL and then don't see the market or check it once a day because checking the market again and again or watch the market continuously will cause this Depression.

Suppose i hold a token 9 months and when i saw market going dump to dump day by day and sell token with angry, after my sell pump started. its send me in depression when my all dividends go in front of me. I also could not guess why it happened.

I advice that you learn how to be patient in negative situations. There was actually some dumps and many negative news that surrounded the crypto market through out the month of May and even earlier June,2021. Just hold until the market bounce back, otherwise you may experience heavy losses if you sell because of fear of a further market dump. Be courageous and HOLD. Thanks

I think you should learn your character of coins that you choose.
Every business has risk.
You should keep calm and  learn more about crypto and always see the market progress.
Crypto isn't short term.
We always learn anything about crypto if you want to be succes of crypto.

I have always thought that having a part of our funds in stable coin (50% - 60% in USDT in my case) is a good option to face the market as it is now.
