There is a tendency for the Bitcoin market to rise after a Bitcoin halving which we have seen in past halvings. In particular, Bitcoin hit a market high of ATH $69,000 in the 2021 halving. However, many have predicted the future price of Bitcoin in the halving of 2024 and predicted that they will surpass past market highs and improve to $100k. However, even if Bitcoin is not the highest in 2024, many have predicted that Bitcoin will be the highest market in 2025.

The biggest mistake is linking to past BTC dates/rates.

You mean to say $100k in the next bull run? Yes, that is possible and if you look at what those speculators are predicting, yes, it could be around that ball park number or even higher. Specially that in the next bull run, we are expecting that a bigger catalyst will come in the form of a Bitcoin Spot ETF approval by the SEC. So that alone will bring huge money in the market as it will be the first and this entities who are looking for the approval is huge, trillions of dollar between them. So we will just have to wait, everyone is exciting about the block halving next year and it's subsequent bull run and new all time high price.

The volatility and human manipulation can provide a significant advantage in this era where everyone has high expectations for an outrageous price. I strongly advise that we shouldn't expect too much but stick with the anticipation that this halving would be better than the previous. In conclusion, $100K might be too high for my own expectations, but let's see what April has for us.

The word "sometimes" makes me smile. Its in "most times" predictions are wrong. People make predictions like firing a machinegun. They generate numbers out of nothing. If anyone would really be able to make a prediction, he would be Nr.1 richest person on Earth.

It'll be my first halving and bull run experience too and I'm excited as you are to have the experience, so far Bitcoin price is looking good and I'm hopeful that it'll keep getting better till bull run. Everyone who is anyone interested in cryptocurrency will be very much keen to see how the halving of Bitcoin turns out because this is but the third halving to happen and as it has been observed from before, the bull run will happen some months in the first quarter of the year and that's when anyone who has accumulated or HoDL BTC will sell at a profitable price, but still some of us will prefer to HoDL and observe and keep DCAing till further notice.
