Not impossible but possible because one can't sure 100% about online digital currency because it always unstable in nature and market depends on fully buyers and traders. If buyers and traders available in market then possible to improve.

$ 318,000 is too fantastic a figure. Regardless, Bitcoin can achieve it. But many factors will be against this. The US economy is in dire straits. There is a deflationary crisis. The Fed prints money to defuse the crisis. But if the economy collapses, then Bitcoin will collapse.

There are many positive news the price of bitcoin will cross $20k so my prediction next year bitcoin will touch a new peak because many  big companies invest in bitcoin actually bitcoin is a good investment instead of gold but I don't know exactly bitcoin will touch $318k in next year but it will break $20k
