Hello, if I decide to mine some altcoins with my pc, what are the minimal requirements for the hardware in order to mine?

Are you doing this as a learning experience? Trying to mine, even Altcoins, from a single PC is primarily not profitable. You can honestly mine from an old PC, you would just be using far too much electricity to account for whatever you are trying to mine. Which leads me to...
What are you trying to mine?
Do you have programming experience?
What is your budget to start mining?

Mining in a single pc with more video cards is recommended. This usually called Mine with GPU.
