We have a Forum Court (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=154.0) to resolve problems related to karma (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=657.0) and scam accusations (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=84.0).
However it is not to be taken lightly, please do not request a case for any reason.
If you have a lot of negative karma, it is most likely because you didn't follow the forum rules (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=3171.0)
Appealing negative karma in court with points:
I. Read the rules of the court (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=57183.0) before appealing, otherwise you will receive negative karma
To have your negative karma removed you will lose points; thus better start earning points if you don't have any.
- If you have negative karma, you can appeal it in the Forum Court (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=154.0). Reserved for valued members who have points
- When appealing in the court, the negative karma removal cost goes up by a factor of 4 as follows:
- 1 negative karma: - 100 to 400 points ~ equivalent to 1-4 ALTS
- 2 negative karma: - 400 to 1,000 points ~ equivalent to 2-10 ALTS
- 3 negative karma: - 1,600 to 4,000 points ~ equivalent to 8-40 ALTS
- 4 negative karma - 6,400 to 16,000 points ~ equivalent to 32-160 ALTS
- 5 negative karma - 25,600 to 64,000 points ~ equivalent to 128-640 ALTS
II. You can open a court case if:
- You suspect someone is targeting you, if we find that the same person gave you your negative karma your karma will be reset.
- You have enough points to have your karma reset. This depends on the amount of negative karma you have, see list above.
III. Additionally you can open a case:
- If you suspect someone is giving you negative karma repetitively
- If someone scammed you or accused you of scam
- Any other serious reason that require mediation
IV. To open a court case:
- You need to create a new post detailing your issue.
- If the court find that you were wrong, you lose 1000 points.
- Opening a case costs 100 - 1000 points.

I don't think Admin will tell you for which post you got negative karma and from which member. Admin will look into karma logs only if there is abuse of the system. So if you got -3 or -4 karma in short time and can't figure out why, then you can ask Admin or start a court case to resolve this problem and check if somebody isn't misusing his power.

From what I see you try to write in English subs but your language skills are not so high. This could be the reason for negative karma. I will advise you to use Grammarly tool. This is free tool which can be used as a browser add on or you can download full program on your computer. I think your English will be good enough when you use it.

He can try to reset karma with this amount of points, I think. Admin sometimes make exceptions for members. I think when we will have more cases this will be no more possible but for now you can try Ahma.
Don't open new case just wait for Admin to reply, please.

Wait for Admin reply and please try to post quality content. Try to improve your English skills, post quality and read forum rules before posting. I see a lot of short and spammy posts in your account. Probably that was the reason for negative karma.

You will have to gain more points and ask again. Try to reach needed amount which is minimum 400. Is not so hard.

New ways to increase your karma:
- Post quality contents / comparisons / analysis // unique content.
- Report spam , report content in wrong section > you get a 30% chance of getting a +1 karma when you do this.

If the report made is correct, they'll gain +1 karma thereby neutralising the - Karma.

Exactly, you need a minimum 600 points to remove negative karma.
There are other ways to earn positive karma: try to be active and post quality content, be helpful to other members and answer their questions. Additionally, you can help to clean up the forum and earn karma for every correct reported post. But remember that bad reports will cause an report ban.

I have check your posts quality and there is a big chance that somebody give you negative karma because your English is not good enough and you post in this language. Sometimes is hard to understand what you mean and you make a lot of errors.
I advise you to use Grammarly add on. Just google it and start to use because with help of this tool your English skills will be good enough and you will make a lot less errors. Grammarly is easy to use and gratis. There is a pid version but you don't need it.

Write quality content, read the rules, be friendly and you will see positive karma count increasing.

Just the rules in pinned posts about karma removal and you will find how much points you need. Just apply again whit needed points or gain positive karma by posting quality content and be active. Look on the forum there is plenty of posts with guides how to get positive karma.

I'm not denying that members deserve negative karma when they don't follow the rules and I don't have an issue with you giving negative karma to members who don't read the pinned topic when appealing karma. This is just a realistic irony. Any senior member can give negative karma, this is fine and expected.

No I don't understand you. To be able to close cases, move topics, keep court clean and handle the cases I have to be a sheriff of this subforum.
If not every time I will do something in the court I'll have to ask a sheriff to handle it out for me. Double and unneeded work.
At start we have talked with Admin about court and I announced that will not give positive and negative karma to members because I am a judge and better to be not involved in karma issuing. But after discussion we have agreed that I will have to issue negative and positive karma as a judge.
I try to avoid punishing people outside the court. Only real spammers are tagged by me but only a few as for now. I try to issue warnings and report to let mods decide how to act further.

I'm not denying that members deserve negative karma when they don't follow the rules and I don't have an issue with you giving negative karma to members who don't read the pinned topic when appealing karma. This is just a realistic irony. Any senior member can give negative karma, this is fine and expected.
I'm just concerned that it doesn't give the right impression to members wanting to appeal a case if the Judge is also a Sheriff. Do you see what I mean?
No I don't understand you. To be able to close cases, move topics, keep court clean and handle the cases I have to be a sheriff of this subforum.
If not every time I will do something in the court I'll have to ask a sheriff to handle it. Double and unneeded work.
At start we have talked with Admin about court and I announced that will not give positive and negative karma to members because I am a judge and better to be not involved in karma issuing. But after discussion we have agreed that I will have to issue negative and positive karma as a judge.
I try to avoid punishing people outside the court. Only real spammers are tagged by me but only a few as for now. I try to issue warnings and report to let mods decide how to act further.
Fair enough, well explained, that does make a lot more sense. I guess my understanding of a Sheriff was somewhat skewed so sorry about that. I guess the labeling could be improved if its a form of moderation position, but that's kind of semantics. Keep up the good work.

As you see in this thread one post above yours there is this message about rules in bold and red.
One more time: read rules before posting in any subforum. There are rules you have to follow. If you don't then this can cause negative karma.
This is clear that you haven't read court rules or pinned post and you are just unlucky to be the first person I have punished after multiple warnings.
Like I said if you show me that you know the rules I will adjust karma but seems like you still haven't read them.
