You can earn points when you post reply or start a new topic here in this forum.

Karma is an extra way to earn Altcoins as who has neutral or positive karma has a chance to get extra tokens.

Try to maintain your Karma positive or neutral otherwise you won't receive any tokens.

Not a requirements is just a gift when you are posting  a good quality topic otherwise its informatively. But every 10 points is equevalent to 1 token meaning to say if you have alot of points you have also more tokens.

Karma is given to you by users if they like your posts or not. If they do like it they can give you positive karma which is very good because its another way to earn altcoin but if they give you negative karma, its a bad thing because if you have a negative karma you might not get any tokens and the worst is there is a possibility that you will be banned from this forum.

Karma shows how useful is your contribution to the forum.
Users can give you karma or report on your post.
Karma influence on the possibility to get the tokens, in the worst case you could be banned if you earn a lot of negative karma.

You can receive points when you post/reply or start a new topic here in this forum. Karma represents how helpful is your contribution to the forum by then you will receive a positive karma. But, if you post something irrelevant then, you will earn a negative karma.

Yes because karma points have a very huge points 1000 points but not only in karma you can get points in posting.
