Do you read white paper before investing ?
-
I try to read white paper before investing but sometimes the pages are too much for my brain to take it. Normally I prefer reading on comments and what people are discussing about on the particular token. They usually hit on important questions as well.
-
only when i like the review like when it has a stable or positive review in ICO rating. otherwise, i won't bother reading.
-
Absolutely yes :D
-
yeah foresure i will read the paper beforo investing, if not read where i got info
-
Telling you the truth right from my first try to invest in any altcoins and cryptocurrencies actually i dont read and no knowledge on what whitepaper is. LoL! But now that i am more exposed on what the importance of whitepaper every time i have new prospect coins to invest i READ it and its very helpfull.
-
I read everything! .)) especially information about team!
-
When it comes to investing, read everything.
-
Reading in a nutshell. More time is spent to the team, youtube watching. I am trying to snipe the best ICOs.
-
Sometime
-
Before investing I read all the documentation I can find and check the backgrounds of the people behind the ICO.

I, too, carefully study information about the project and its creators. But despite this, I also often make mistakes.
-
I try to read the wp. But sometimes there isn't much time because you are about to miss the next bonus mark. So you go through the forums and make a quick buy
-
don't think much do!
-
No, I'm not reading. I look at the price growth chart and decide. But I buy coins for short-term trading
-
Yes. Investors read as much as they can.
-
Yes. Investors read as much as they can.
Information that we can find on the White Pages does not always reflect the truth. I saw a lot of IСO, which deceived investors. It's hard to find the truth today
-
If I buy coins on the exchange, in order to immediately sell them, then I do not read about them
-
Sometimes I read about a coin, but more often I buy blindly
-
I think this is very important. You should know about the coin you are going to buy. If you are a wise investor, then read the White Pages
-
may skim through it just to get a better look and understanding of the development and direction of the offering
but if I like the way it sounds and see the potential and find that there is a solid team I feel ok with the investment
-

Of course not everything you read is necessarily true. That is why there's a need to verify further. Serious investors do this.
-
Yes of course, because you can read the all information about the ICO that you want to invest.
-
Of course I read WhitePaper to understand the essence of the project, to assess its prospects, the validity of the application of blockchain technologies. Only very risky people invest in blindness.
-
Usually i just read for 1-2 minute whitepaper because its not most important for me thing, most important things are:
1)team 2) open etherium adress, so i can check how much money they collected 3) open code in github of the project.
-
I usually read the executive summary and scan throught the rest. Buh i pay some attention to the team and ICO. I also join their telegram pages and read peoples comments about the project
-
Not too much but I think reading the whitepaper is a good habit in crypto investment. Practice will make every habit perfect. It is one way to avoid participating in scam ICO.
-
Well, whitepapers are a pain to read especially if it's too long and difficult to understand. But if I find an interesting ICO, I absolutely read the whitepaper. Take this for instance https://vlux.io/Vlux_Whitepaper_016.pdf
-
I did not read whitepaper but I read the thread in order to have a little bit information about the project. Although to read the whitepaper is good I did not do that, maybe someday I will.
-
sometimes i read them, but most of the time i just go to a site like icodrop to read their reviews and then decide if the ico worth my penny
-
Do you read white paper before investing ?
I read but neccesarily believe in everything that is written on whitepaper, you have to be very selective with the project you are investing your time/money.
-
Do you read white paper before investing ?
Yeah! But I usually not trust it until I am done checking the community in social media like facebook, twitter, telegram and video presentation.
-
Yes, I do read the white paper to know what the project will be. I specifically focus on its roadmap and its team members to know the progress that will happen in the future and to investigate if the team are really working on that project.
-
Most of the time I read the whitepaper since it contains all the information you need to know about the project, about their team, and how would they use the funds that they got from their ICO start up. Knowing the project itself is the most crucial part in investing into crypto currency.
-
most projects have whitepapers with too many pages which makes it very hard to read everything. But i think if you really mean business. Its advisable to read at least about 70 percent of the whitepaper to get a fair knowledge about the project and invest wisely
-
I take the time to read the whitepaper before making an investment, the way it is written helps understand understand if the team is serious or not,and sometimes we find information that few people know (precisely because they do not read it ;)).
-
I prefer read the roadmap and speak with community before invest on crypto. 8)
I read WP sometimes but not all the time.
-
That should be the ideal thing every investor should do. If you decide not to read because you think you dont have time, the possibility of you joining a failing coin is high and will lose your money
-
Naturally, before investing it is necessary to study as much material as possible about the project and reading White Paper is one of the important points. Although I can say that I invested in two projects without reading their White Paper, but they were both successful enough. I met projects with a well-written White Paper, a good idea, but they did not succeed. I think that to select a project for investment, you need to look at a lot of things, for example on mentioning in the press, to study each member of the team, to look at their social pages, if possible, to communicate with them. Openness of the team is the first sign of trusting the project.
-
First before I joined the ico project the main thing I see is in wp and website. because that's where I know how the project is growing and successful in the future
-
Yes it must be before I join ICO project. WP is essential to read and understand projects that will be developed and for long-term investments.
-
Of course. That's how you decide what is a good ICO. You can check what is the plan of the projects. That how I decided on LEDU, for example.
-
Yes you are very right.it is very important to read any new startup project white papers.
Most typical investors actually don’t read through the whitepaper, even though it contains all the necessary information about the upcoming project and the ICO.
Don’t hesitate to read it, or at least the majority of it. Note the strong and negative aspects and add in some of your own research. In the end, the whitepaper is the silver platter to potential investors. After reading it you should be able to answer a simple question – what kind of value does this project bring to our world? You’ll also learn what you’re investing in.
-
Some people can put deceptive information in their whitepapers to attract investors meanwhile they are scammers. Whitepaper doesnt always gaurantee success
-
Do you read white paper before investing ?
There is no big mistake than not reading the whitepaper, you have to know what you can expect from a new project. Read it but not always believe everything that is written there. GOOD LUCK!
-
Nope I did not read whitepaper because I did not yet try to invest. I think to read the whitepaper is a must for everyone who wants to invest. It is a must in order to have enough knowledge about the particular ICO.
-
Oh yes I always do that. I like to get more info about the project and also as a bounty hunter, it helps me to write blogs as well
-
of course! when it comes to investing you should read more informations and collect all the details about the coin you are going to invest you must read the whitepaper before u invest so you get the idea of the coin you are going to invest
-
No! Reading whitepaper is just tedious as the papers tends to be much.
-
No, I'm not reading. I look at the price growth chart and decide. But I buy coins for short-term trading
for me i read only sometime if im interested in the campaign.
-
I read everything! .)) especially information about team!
It is better to read and make a dip research of the project being stated in the white paper if it is reliable and that have good ideas before investing it. And try to verify also if the #DevelopmentTeam members who are managing the project are real and legit in identities.
-

It is very good to read comments and others questions to a project, but it is very strange to skip reading a whitepaper. Simply the executive summary of that particular whitepaper will do. Please read whitepapers before investing.
-
Sometimes I did but to be honest not always doing that. It helps me to know the project that I wanted to participate. Whitepaper is a tool to know the important details regarding the project.
-
Yes of course I really read white paper before investing because in whitepaper you can seen the group or a team which is launching there products but the main reason why I read is to avoid the scammers or your money will not be waste.
-
Do you read white paper before investing ?
Of course, I read white paper of project and KYC. I also learn their team. Be carreful is my key to choose project.
-
Yes of course I wanna read white paper before investing because this is the one way to avoid scammers while searching the background especially in campaign .this is the most important as had catch on my opinion just be careful and searching first before joined.
-
I do. Knowing about the project is very important before you invest in a project. At times, the white paper contains very little information and sometimes it gives you a clue as to whether the project is fake or not.
-
Do you read white paper before investing ?
Yes, Of course. I will read white paper and learn the team of project before investing.
-
that's once, because from the whitepaper we can see what will happen in the future to the coin.
buying coins without reading the whitepaper might be like you walk on a pitch black night without carrying a flashlight.
-
I usually participate in content creation bounties so reading white papers before investing in a project is something not new to me
-
Honestly I did it but seldom. When I found out the project is legit I would not read the whitepaper. When trust developed in me I stop searching. Often that I do reading but in some cases I do.
-
Do you read white paper before investing ?
Of course, it is the main foundation, blueprint of the ico project. Without its whitepaper, I'm not sure if the coin or token will be valid to the investors.
-
Do you read white paper before investing ?
Of course, I always do that. I read whitepaper before investing. I also read roadmap and project' s purpose.
-
Of course, because this is very influential on the coin. the point is to convince yourself.

-
definetly yes. reading white paper before joining the ICO is important. in the white paper we will get clear information about the projects offered by ICO. based on the whitepaper, we can predict whether the ICO project is good or not.
-
yes I read white paper, it is very important to me. because this involves investment that is not small, and that is necessary. although sometimes I didn't read because it was too long, and I paid more attention to just a few comments from friends. that's my opinion.
-
White paper reading is so important. It makes you understand what you are getting into. Sometimes it is really boring, but it should be read.

Yes i do, i always read white paper before investing. Because i must to know concept of the project and how much inventory token and where token distribution go, besides that i also visited some of the project articles. The most important before investing in my opinion, you must visit the website and social media and participate in their community. You should observe firstly by reading the comments on their social media, reviewing project development, and sharing opinions with other investors. I think this is main assessment before investing.
-
I mostly read whitepaper when Im participating in blogging campaign but for investment, I just read the information on the website.
-
Yes I do, and its actually important. read only the white paper of those project that you really think that has potential. So many ICO's happening right now and I agree that it can be a burden, but if you want your investment to be safe and you want to avoid SCAM then reading the whitepaper is necessary.
