that's totally right. the amount that won't be needed to spend should be long term investment.
An investment of 1000$ can be x10 in the bull season. We can end up loosing 9000$ if we need the money right away.

daily trading is much better than sitting and doing nothing. I saw the comment above from representative of BIBITBOT and i can give one advice. Use proven bots(i am using bibitbot and if helps me a lot!!) and you won't loose you money, deposit. This really helps to make profit even if you start from 150% and you are a newbie

When investing is done long term, you might have the control over gains. You can hold it until you will have a sure gain of say a 1000 times your money. But I believe it really takes a lot of time and the possibility could be quite far. It was only good I think during those times when people have just started the hype. Now it seems the value are dropping and its going low. So I think I would prefer day trading or short term investments.

If you have money, I suggest invest some of it into good altcoins in order to trade someday and it could be for holding too. It is depends on your choice whether trading or long time holds of course stay in the effective way.
