What exchange with small fee and famous?
Now famous exchange a little expensive for fee, even generally the fee for all cryptocurrency almost same. Do you know what exchange with small fee and famous?

Much better if you can identify what is small fee for you?
I can only think of decentralized exchanges right now.

You can try https://robinhood.com Trading without commissions. Very easy to use for beginners.No unnecessary functions.

To be honest, the best way to find out the answer to your question is by using Google, but don't use the word 'famous', use either popular or well known. Once you have a few different option, then it's worth asking questions on the forum about which ones people prefer. Basically need to narrow down the options, then you should get a better answer to your question.

Almost all exchanges have expensive fees now. You cannot pay a small fee for a good and famous exchange. The more expensive, of course, the better the service will be given to you. So the choice is yours.

Exchange fees are practically ruining the ICO market.. Last I've heard Binance charges 7 figures for listing a token, which would require upwards of 20% of money raised just on one exchange's listing fee.. I could understand if they were commissionless but they're making tons of money anyways, so I feel like its an unnecessary double dip.

I prefer binance because if you buy their bnb coin you can use it to pay the fee with a lower price. But still the choice is yours on what exchange will you prefer.

Right, I also often use binance to trade, because in addition to having low costs, binance also has a high trading volume.

I still use GDAX for it's 0% withdrawal fees and 0% limit buys, then I don't have to give them any of my money ;D
Otherwise Bibox is 0% limit buys, and IDEX is otherwise pretty good for having reasonable network fees.

Now there are many projects that do not seek to immediately enter the stock exchange. Given the weak ICO fees and the overall decline in the market - perhaps this is the right decision on their part.

I used to use Luno to exchange coins. But this exchange has disadvantages such as rather slow and heavy. That's why I think there is no really cheap exchange if you want good service. What you pay for, you will get.

In General, the competition in the market of exchanges is very huge. Every time there are new projects that will increasingly offer exchange without commissions. It just won't be their only product.

Cheap exchanges will be worth the service you will get. I have tried one of the cheap exchanges recommended by friends here. And I don't like it because the access is very slow. So in my opinion there is no good exchange at a low price.

Before I used bitrrex, but they involved very Hard kyc, so Im transfered to binance. This is good korean exchange with optimal fee, much altcoin pairs, and good volume of trading

im personally like yobit and hitbtc, because they service was fast, for deposit and withdrawe i never face a problem using that, if we speak about fee maybe 2 major exchanger im mentioned not the cheapest, but for me they service was the best.

Bit Z and Bitforex are good exchangers. I already tried on these exchange and was surprised after seeing the fee that the took from me. You can also try in yobit.
