Not in the nearest future. In the long run. Found 1 interesting NEO ICO. Besides this ICO, there are other many NEO news. Great WEBsite - see below

Not sure of any at the moment. Well, I did love to know when the rise of Neo will be  again, against the bitcoin. I am still holding on to it at the moment with respect to trading it.

I personally don't think there is any future on that .. so anyone would be interested to build one using NEO net.
