Gold and silver investment has been in existence since the civilization of man. It has gained the trust of most ancient and old men of our time. Cryptocurrency and the king of it, Bitcoin, is just 9 years old. A lot of old people are not well inclined to this amazing technology. It will take some time to gain the trust of these old men.

Depends how old you're talking. I really don't know many 'old people' that have gold and silver investments. Most seem to stick with property and stocks, at least in my part of the world anyway. I would say it's the younger generation that are more inclined to invest in gold and silver, especially with the ever increasing distrust of banks.

Today's parents may not be interested, but I'm sure parents are in the 90's so they will be interested and try to know more about cryptocurrency, because those born in the 90's already know technology and understand it. I am sure that in the near future 5-10 years from now, it will happen.

People are mainly just afraid of things they don't understand. I've been doing crypto for a year and I still have difficulty explaining it to other people because I don't understand it well enough.
