Why wouldn't it? The whole market is in a bear fase. Stellar is a very good project, and I see no reason for it not go up with the whole market when it turns bullish again.

The problem with this spreadsheets is that the top ICO's are oversubscribed so it's hard to get in. You have to be quick when they update, specially with Ian Balina.

Scam ICO usually don't show their team faces and only have whitepapers, which are usually mostly copy & paste.

If you can find the team on linkedIn and on their profiles it shows the name of the company, it would be very rare for it to be a scam, because they would be held accountable after the fact. This doesn't work with advisors, who often don't have the ICO name on their profiles but are advising them anyway (which I find very annoying...).

Also googling ''ICO name scam'' is very useful, and sometimes you can find ICO who have non-deserved FUD and then the thing clears up and you are in for the gain!

I think it's rocking it, the price has already increased a lot but no wonder why. It is one of the cryptos with most use cases IRL, anc also coming relatively soon.

Today's announcement of BMW's partnership just shows how well connected this guys are. I own some and plan to stack up when (if, let's hope) the price falls back a little.

Any idea how much ONT is worth or is gonna be worth once it hits exchanges? I don't know if moving half my cryptofolio to NEO just before the airdrop is wise because the price is probably going to drop right just after, so I don't know if it would be worth the risk...

For long term hold, however, Ontology looks very promising.
