yup brother , i am same as you,its diificult i know , but you have to have will power, also try to talk to someone about it , coz in my exprince there is always some unresolved issues behind any typ of addiction

Diet !!!! Is very important.
Also u need to get angry often :-) it will help

It's a tough one, I've been smoking on and off for almost twenty years now. Keep thinking I should give up again, tried a couple of times before. Might give it another go soon.

I've been vaping for 4 years with no desire to stop, and I haven't smoked the entire time.
