I don't think that you'll be given negative karma for not being active in the forum. But low quality posts might attract negative karma.

You will not get negative karma by being inactive in the forum but your points may decrease if you become inactive for a long time. Points don't affect your karma. These are the usual reasons why negative karma is given, Posting referral links except in the referral section, Posting in the wrong section, Posting useless replies, and Spamming. Breaking rules maybe the main reason why some people get negative karma. So we should be vigilant at all time, be careful in every post we do, being inactive doesn't affect our points or even  getting that negative karma,  but we need to be active here so we could learn lots of thing about bitcoin/altcoin. Keep exploring.

As I know you will not get negative karma as long as you follow the rules even though you will not active in this forum.

As far as I know ,I sometimes not active in forum for almost 2days but i did not get negative karma. Maybe because of your posts or maybe because you broked one of the rules or because of your off topic replys. You just have to keep learning and understanding things about altcoins. Be aware of the rules as always .

What i know is, negative Karma is awarded to people who go against the rules of the forum and not just being inactive on the forum for a long time.

I actually visited your post history and I found out your beginning post were almost join in the campaign, posting link and not so much qualitative and informative post you've done. I think that is the reason why you get negative karma because it seems spamming.
