Participating in bounty campaigns is a way that we can own tokens without having to risk investing, but it also takes a lot of time and effort. I've participated in hundreds of bounty campaigns, received hundreds of different tokens but only 1% of them are worth, though not much.

I get your point, but the sad truth is that their is no policy or guidelines that regulate any deal between bounty hunters and a project host, bounty manager and a project host or even the bounty hunters and the bounty manager. Everything is unregulated, thus what will you say in the case when the project scam her investors and run away with their money?

Unfortunately, this is the case, a lot of cryptocurrency companies that conduct bounty companies do not pay tokens to bounty hunters, but there are many other bounty companies that bring good income to bounty hunters and therefore you should not think so much about those bounty companies where you not received anything, just try to get over it all and move on.

It happened in all crypto forums, not only here, on altcoinstalks. Something we must get from the experience of no payment from bounty is to be smarter to analyze a new bounty to join.

I totally agree with you on this. Although Bounty Hunter qualified for the campaign, we are happy to receive 50% of the prize; But in reality it is not even 10%, so many people get frustrated.

You can't have even one smile when you are a bounty hunter and at the same time an investor to the same campaign you promoted after you found out that the project is scam. That is why bounty hunters should be wise enough to do the same.

Yes, we must be relentless! Bounty hunting can be compared to mining gold or diamond or any mineral for that matter, we need to get so much dirt before we can find what we are looking for. Though we can definitely say that many projects we are supporting can be a big waste of time, we don't have proven ways to make sure that a certain project can be a good one. Many times in my experience those that I almost look down made it to the marketplace and became valuable. This can be considered as a numbers game. The more the merrier.

I like this analogy. Bounty campaigns are really tedious, tasking and most times filled with uncertainty. But with tenacity, one can hit a major pay breakthrough. If one loses hope due to poor payment or no payment issues, one may miss out of the big paying project. And in this crypto world, anything can happen.

But I try to do due diligence to filter through projects before participating. I don't want my efforts to waste.
