链闻消息，? ?据美元稳定币 USDC 发行方 Circle 提交给美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的文件中显示，Circle 在出售 Poloniex 的交易中获得了 3315 万美元的现金和 1500 万美元的或有对价，或有对价中 1000 万美元已于 2020 年执行完成，剩余 500 万美元将于 2024 年底前执行完成。出售时 Poloniex 净资产为 2.049 亿美元，Circle 在该笔交易中共损失 1.56 亿美元。Circle 在 2018 年初以 4 亿美元收购 Poloniex ，但 2019 年年底将 Poloniex 剥离出来，出售了收购的 Poloniex 业务资产，之后将重点转向其稳定币 USDC。...
