Just had a look. It is hard to say until they secure big enough market share to feel confident for the near future at least but I certainly would be careful still if you want to spread the risk this could be an option

my problem with this project is the unreasonable hard cap... its hard to make money on things starting with 50 mill.. I think the earnings on ICOs is becoming soft because too much big money is getting in.. more and more is going at presale... and more and more of  its getting flipped hard at 3X - 10X... most 100X days are gone I think if we're moving towards 25-50 million being the norm.

Lala is not so well known alt but one of the potential and promising alt in crypto. Maybe let us give time to this crypto a chance to do more achievements to the point of being one of the most popular crypto.
