I agree! Bounty is not an airdrop, on bounty you actually need to invest time, effort and influence to be elegible to collect the bounty reward (don't forget that it is not an easy job as in some cases you work several months to get nothing when the ICO fails)
So I guess that bounty is an investment and not without risks...
