Yes you are right ethereum 2.0 doesn't have good impact for gas free yet. I hope after completely of Ethereum 2.0 launch we will see a good thing. Not only high demand . But Also will solve gas problem. that's more important.

I really hope that the ETH 2.0 gas fee problem can solve the gas problem which is so expensive because until now the problem on the ethereum platform is the cost of gas which is so high that it makes investors spend more fees for trading on the dex exchange.
