Bitcoin is not anonymous as people think it is. Bitcoin transactions can be traced to your server (computer). In local exchange, governments can track Crypto's, but if you transfer them to overseas exchange or to any wallet, they won't be able to track them from that moment on. It's one of the things that scares governments, they dont have any control on cryptos and they can't tax them.

No chance government can track bitcoin holder, I agree with you that they cannot pinpoint the exact person who is bitxoin user. Bitcoin manage by keys no personal informations involved.

I do not know that, but maybe this will be hard to do. Bitcoin owners do not include identities in their Bitcoin purses, but if the Government knows our email address, it is not difficult for the government to track who we are.

What is impossible for the government to do that? All is possible. They are strong people who can do whatever they want, including knowing the owner of bitcoin. I'm sure it can, if the government works with great IT. They can solve who owns bitcoin.

You are right even the market apply KYC for the people who want make investment in cryptocurrencies, the government still can not track the bitcoin holders they can mix their bitcoin on bitcoin mixing service to make the bitcoin to be clear and anonymous, it is right of bitcoin holders and the government can not stop this activity.
