Yes It is true , today is the bear market. Panic selling will affect the demand. Demand will low and the price will go down. So I think the best way is hold and be patience.

HODL when you can but I would advise against it when you are in a bear market. If possible as early as possible just exit when you can so that you can minimize losses and then trade on the way down. Some are even profitable when the price is going down because they can short it but not everyone can do it. If you already lose more than half of the value of your account then just hold it and buy some more so that you can average down and it would be much better to trade from time to time to get back those losses.

I think HOLD is good way to keep the value from panic selling when the price is foing down. We can hold the coin and wait.

Hold is a good way to reduce the loss when there is panic selling. I always hold my coin at the bear market.
