ICO projects scam no matter will have some effect on decreasing the price of crypto the difference is big or small. If someone new come in and he landed on a scam project and he loss his money there he will be discourage in trading crypto. Government in every country that involve crypto trading will put more rules to restrict their citizens so that the citizens will not get scam by crypto trading which is cause by scam ICOs

I think the problem not only about ICO Project, but also about the regulation. The parties that are obliged to fix this problem, should handle it and make a better regulation in accepting a new ICO Project. No need to ban ICO Project.

Whether you we accept or not I strongly observed that everyone have difficulties to notice the scam ICO for they looks like real 100% until the end of their schedule. In fact, most scam ICO can be noticed when it was gone already. It means during its time of campaigns everything seems right and legit. Yes I know it is very difficult to implement because everyone has different thoughts. they want to make a good project and needed in the future. this is something to be aware of because there are those who make the reputation of the ICO project bad.

It wouldn't be favorable for the crypto community to ban ICOs but instead it should be regulated so that those scam ICOs that tarnished the name of cryptocurrency would be reduced or be totally eliminated. If this would happen then the trust of the investors would come back and more ICOs would succeed in reaching their softcap or hardcap as all the ICOs then that would be able to implement are considered as legit since they will approved by the government first.
