I do believe that a lot of ICOs will come in 2019 as day by day a lot of Ico created in crypto market.And I believe by next  year ICOs will be get support from a lot of people in crypto market and a lot of icos project will come up.

The worldwide crypto acceptance and recognition  can be a factor to make some noise regarding cryptocurrency. There will have new ICO to enter in crypto. The year of 2019 is not yet clear at this time. Moreover it wound be a nice crypto year.

I think certainly yes, but there will be set certain reforms, making ICOs less fraudelent.
Today ICOs are not regulated, thus it's too risky to participate in one.

The way the community of crypto is growing, we should expect more ICOs. People have realized that they can make a lot of money in crypto hence the introduction of new ICO'S and even scam which affects people. As the years go by, let us expect more ICO's.

Actually, many people are losing their money because price after listing dumps.
The dump of ICOs make them less attractive for investors.

Right now I don't expect anything from the ICO in 2018, and maybe in 2019 I will forget the ICO. ICO is currently bad again. many projects in ICOs are fraudulent and scam. that makes other projects die because many investors delay and cancel their investments into projects in the ICO. predicted the upcoming ICO in 2019 will die.
