To be honest, it seems quite shady. I would not really get into this unless there are more information about this fork dev team.

My temporary opinion, it seems suspicious.
the web is very simple, no many information you can get.
web wallet like stellar wallet tool, (we don't know yet, may be still on development, or really scam),
no team member information yet,
telegram chat does not managed well,  it seems only be run by one people or few peoples.

note : never give your xlm wallet private key to stellar dolphin
